Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and driven Product Designer to join our dynamic fintech team. In this role, you'll work directly with the Chief Product Officer, collaborate with developers, clients, and business teams, and take the lead in designing seamless user flows and engaging interfaces across our platform.
You’ll contribute to multiple products - including our Core Risk Decisioning Platform and LLM/GenAI-powered applications - bringing consistency, clarity, and innovation across the ecosystem. Additionally, you'll support our Marketing and Sales teams by creating compelling brand-aligned visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CPO, clients, and development teams to design intuitive user experiences across Core Fintech and GenAI product interfaces.
Lead UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design to shape engaging, user-centered experiences.
Design cohesive cross-platform workflows, ensuring alignment across multiple product lines and modules.
Translate complex data and AI-driven outputs into digestible, user-friendly design patterns.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design components.
Deliver creative assets such as presentations, social media graphics, and product visuals for Sales and Marketing teams.
Advocate for design quality and brand consistency across all internal and client-facing assets.
Stay on top of fintech and GenAI trends, and contribute ideas that enhance user interaction with AI-driven tools.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or equivalent role.
Prior experience designing fintech products, with exposure to AI-driven or LLM-based platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, user flows, and creative work for multiple product lines.
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
Understanding of user psychology, design thinking, and data visualization principles.
Strong collaboration and communication skills—comfortable working directly with product leadership, developers, and external stakeholders.
Ability to juggle design work across multiple, concurrent projects with a consistent design system.
